Speaker and Peer Group Roundtable meetings are from 7:00 am until 9:30 am and include a light breakfast.
Peer Group Roundtables
Roundtables are for CFOs only and require CFOs in attendance to sign a Promise of Confidentiality. The purpose of these informal style roundtable meetings is to bring intellectual insight to the examination of issues faced by fiCFO members. Members submit topics to put on the table for discussion prior to each roundtable meeting. CFOs in attendance must have a strong commitment to sharing of ideas, openness and confidentiality of all discussions. Peer Group Roundtables are hosted by area CFOs and held in a conference room location at the hosting CFO’s place of business.
Speaker Meetings
These meetings will have a speaker that is qualified as a subject matter expert to address member selected topics to enhance fiCFO members’ understanding and insight into specific areas of interest. Speaker meetings are for members, sponsors and special guests of CFOs. Speaker Meetings are usually held at professional business clubs such as The Tampa Club, downtown Tampa.
Other Events
On occasion fiCFO will have social events. Electronic notices will be distributed when social events are planned. The purpose for fiCFO social events is to enable a more personal level of relationship development between members in a casual setting.
